I have a CORE principal (Commitment, Optimism, Resilience, enjoyment) and having Task Completion for achieving OKR (Objectives and Key Result)/ mission and vision of the company. I have 3 years experience as a Microbiology Laboratory Assistant at IPB and take research topics in the focus of the field of microbiology (Bacteriophages) and became a representative speaker for IPB University in international virtual conference on fundamental an applied science at Kasetsart University, Thailand. I took the recruitment position for seeking the new member of IAAS in college, and implementing the strategies (Human Resources needs) for offline and online recruiting without leaving the value of the recruiting itself, such as creating the fish bone (seeking the recruitment problem from last year and what our organisation need to achieve in the next year) and do the solutions right away after it, and it worked very well for the last 3 years. I took the position of data analyst at Pinhome Indonesia from January 2021 – December 2022 and used to work with tools Phyton, Inspect, Ms. Office, Gdocs, gdrive, and spreadsheets.
